Defending Champions Dindigul Dragons (DD) will take on Lyca Kovai Kings (LKK) on Thursday, June 05, in match 01 of the ninth edition of the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL). Dragons enter the season riding high on confidence. They have retained the core group and will be aiming to replicate the same performance in the upcoming TNPL season.
On the other hand, the Kovai Kings have been one of the most consistent teams of TNPL. Led by Shahrukh Khan, the Kings are a well-rounded side with no shortage of firepower. They missed out on a trophy last year and would be hoping to get hold of one this year by putting on good performances over the tournament.
